ABOUT REBECCA

Rebecca is a multi-media creative, writer, and photographer. In 2020, she created Unpublished Magazine, a print and digital culture publication that is made by creators, for creators. Since 2020, the magazine has produced six 100-150 page print issues, including a film-only photography coffee table book, hosted tons of interactive panels & workshops featuring entrepreneurs, brands, & influencers, and garnered 1,000,000+ site views. She has grown Unpublished to 25,000+ social media followers and built relationships with companies like Grandstand Media, Big Hassle Media, Universal Music Group’s °1824, Interscope Records, Capitol Records, and more. She has led a staff of 100+ writers, editors, designers, and photographers. In 2021, she partnered with Facebook Messenger (META) to create three Instagram social posts and the 1-800-Hot-Girl sticker pack.

She was a Press and Brand Partnerships rep at Universal Music Group’s °1824 where she worked to pitch outreach to grassroots and regional press outlets, including digital, radio, social, print, playlist, and podcasts, and create meaningful brand partnerships between Los Angeles based companies and Universal Music Group’s artists. Additionally, she was on the A&R scout team for Universal Music Group’s IMPERIAL Records.

Hobbies Include: Visiting new coffee shops, shopping at flea markets, going to concerts, taking pictures of my friends, and playing with my dog.
